Royal Springs South homeowners have the opportunity to become involved and participate in the ongoing affairs of the community and are welcome to attend the monthly meetings.

regular meetings shall be as follows:

B. Reading and disposal of any unapproved minutes - Secretary
C. Status of the HOA - Board
D. Treasurer’s report
E. Property Manager’s report
F. Reports of officers and committees
G. Unfinished business
H. New business:
a. Issues with neighbors/group homes
b. Unresolved violations and/or issues with rental property
c. Status of inspections and follow-up
d. Other issues
I. Comments from those in attendance
J. Schedule and locations of next meeting

Membership in the association is mandatory when you take ownership of a home and or lot. The dues are currently $175.00
per year and are due January 1. Checks are payable to Sunflower of Margate and mailed to P.O. Box 772488, Coral Springs, FL. 33077.

Elections of officers are held in February of each year at the annual meeting. The officers of the association shall serve until their successors are designated.
