Special Meeting Adjourned to February 20th, 2025

The Special Meeting, from December 12, 2024, to vote on quorum amendments was adjourned due to lack of quorum and adjourned until Feb. 20, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Leonard Weisinger Center. 6199 NW 10th Street, Margate.

New notices of meeting have been mailed out.

IMPORTANT: If you submitted a “Proxy ballot” at the December meeting your proxy vote is still valid at the February meeting. If you choose to submit a new proxy, the new proxy will supersede your prior vote.

If you submitted a “ballot” at the last meeting you will need to replace it with a new proxy ballot either given to the canvassers or brought to the meeting.

There were some residents who were at the December 12th meeting who expressed an interest in helping out with the canvass to help gain quorum.

They plan on starting canvassing again after the New Year.
