Free Paint Program
The City of Margate is an active participant of "Paint It Broward." Broward County Recycled Paint Program. The paint is offered as exterior paint FREE of charge via the city. The paint is available in 5 gallon containers in the following colors: Terra Cotta, Beige, Turquoise, Light Gray and Off White.
Proof of Margate residency is required. When available paint is distributed on Wednesdays 8:30 am - 11:30 am. Please contact the D.E.E.S. office at 954-972-0828 for more information about the program. You can also visit D.E.E.S. office at 901 NW 66th Avenue, Margate to view paint chips.
REMEMBER: The color you choose has to be approved by the HOA before you can begin painting outside your home. Please submit a request before proceeding.
